TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Free breakfast for infant 0-3 years old occupied same room with parents without extra bed.
- Parent with 2 Children age 4-11 years old, complimentary for room only (breakfast @ 160 Baht per child) .
Second child with compulsory extra bed @ 700 Baht with breakfast - Child of age 12 years above, an extra will be require @ 700 Baht per child with breakfast included.
– Check in time : after 2.00 pm.
– Check out time : before 12:00 (Noon). - Any extension after 12.00 noon a charge will be levied at 50% of regular rate.
- Any Extension after 6.00 pm. A full day rate will be charged.
- No pet is allowed.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Baby cot is free of charge (On request and one cot entitle to per room)
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date a one day charge will be in arrived.
- Failure to arrive at property will be treated as a No-Show and any deposit payment is non-refundable.
